Margaret Miller, DNP, LMSW is a psychiatrist and the founder of Greenwich Avenue Psychiatry, located in Greenwich, Connecticut.
Dr. Miller began her career in psychiatry at Weill Cornell in the emergency room, where she trained through Payne Whitney Psychiatric Clinic. Following years of providing psychotherapy and working at Montefiore Medical Center, Margaret returned to Columbia University for a Master’s in Nursing, followed by a Doctorate of Nursing Practice with a clinical focus on psychopharmacology. She has presented work on reducing stigma and improving mental health care delivery at several conferences and is the recipient of multiple scholarly awards.
Margaret firmly believes in the power of the patient-provider relationship when it comes to providing care. Approaching all aspects of mental health with curiosity and empathy, Margaret specializes in crafting tailored psychiatric treatment plans that incorporate patient-centered goals. She uses her background in social work to understand patients in the context of their lives.

Paroma Mitra MD MPH has completed her adult Psychiatry training at Harlem Hospital Center, Columbia University Medical Center. She also trained at NYU Langone School of Medicine in Geriatric Psychiatry and Public Sector Psychiatry. She is board certified in both Adult and Geriatric Psychiatry. She has numerous awards in teaching and training and has presented her work in clinical research both nationally and internationally.
Dr. Mitra does not believe that one treatment fits all. She believes in a compassionate approach and strongly emphasizes on holistic well being. She works on both medications using a therapeutic person-centered approach with care. Her understanding of Eastern philosophy and well being is a part of how she views every person's concerns. Her approach is uniquely tailored to each and every individual.
Kara is a licensed clinical social worker trained through New York University specializing in cognitive, behavioral, interpersonal, and supportive therapies. She is a SPACE-trained provider with expertise in helping parents of anxious children, as well as certified in Perinatal Mental Health. She is compassionate and a highly skilled provider who specializes in supporting women through every stage of life.
With a warm and empathetic approach, Kara Grayson is a trusted ally for women navigating role transitions, marriage, fertility challenges, postpartum mental health, and the complexities of family and parenting. Her deep understanding of the unique emotional and psychological experiences that women encounter makes her a source of unwavering support and guidance. Kara’s competence and dedication ensure that her patients feel heard, validated, and empowered as they journey through life's most significant moments. She has experience across numerous settings including Mount Sinai where she worked in pediatrics, outpatient mental health and crisis management.
