Our Approach

We are a group of like-minded psychiatric providers who have come together to elevate mental health.

We don’t want patients to just get better. Our goal is for our patients to thrive and develop a sense of their own psychological resilience.

Our approach is built upon the core values of patient-centered care, evidence-based treatments, and holistic well-being. We understand that each individual’s path to mental wellness is as distinct as their own fingerprint. That's why we go beyond the conventional one-size-fits-all approach and work closely with you to craft a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your specific goals and aspirations. We offer both telehealth appointments as well as in-person treatment in our Greenwich CT office.
